Every stay is calm, thoughtful, and full of little comforts.
Our Story
Our Approach
Not every dog thrives in a loud, crowded kennel — and that’s exactly why we created The Crib.
Dogs have the freedom to roam, rest, and play in a calm, home-like setting.
We give each dog the time and space they need to feel safe, seen, and at ease.
From energetic pups to senior dogs who need quiet and comfort — they’ll find it here.
Comfort & Care
Here, grooming isn’t just about how your dog looks — it’s about how they feel and who they trust.
Grooming at the Crib is a one-on-one, low-stress treatment rooted in respect. Every dog is handled with patience and care, using top-tier products chosen for their skin, coat, and other sensitivities.
I trained at Pet’s Playground Grooming School in Pompano Beach — one of only two nationally accredited grooming schools in the country — and also hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Adelphi University and a Master’s degree from NYU’s School of Nursing.
That blend of grooming expertise and clinical training shapes everything I do — from how I read body language and respond to anxiety, to the quiet way I earn a dog’s trust over time. It’s an approach that makes all the difference, especially for senior dogs, rescues, and pups who need a little extra patience.
A place where every stay and groom is built on trust, comfort, and calm.
Meet The Owner
A personal message from the owner about the heart behind Grooming at the Crib.
“I know what it means to leave your dog in someone else’s care — and how rare it is to find a place that feels right. Coleman’s Crib is that place. Quiet. Gentle. Unrushed. Full of little details that make dogs feel understood, and pet parents feel at peace. If you think your dog would love it here — they probably will. We’d love to welcome you both.”
